My Profile

Hi, I’m Kaylan Juttla, a qualified personal trainer passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I work one-to-one with my clients to deliver personalised training that fits their lifestyle, fitness level, and ambitions.

With 6 years of experience in fitness and health, I specialise in Strength training, muscle development, weight management, mobility, functional fitness, athletic development and injury recovery.

I believe training should be safe, enjoyable, and sustainable — not a quick fix

More than workouts: I provide coaching, accountability, and support so you can achieve the transformation you deserve

Online Coaching: from £120 per month

Location

I’m based in Hammersmith, West London. I work with clients in person at KAFIT Fitness Studio and also offer online sessions for flexibility.
